Search lighting, prepare your selection, and connect it to your business account. You always make the final purchase decision.

Find lighting.
Open the catalog or search in the bar at the bottom of the page. Enter a name, exact code, or feature, for example "E27 3000 K". Use filters to narrow down category and technical requirements.

Put together your selection.
Add items and quantities to the cart. The selection made before logging in is saved on this device. You can save it as a project or download the list in CSV format.

Connect your business account.
When login is active, use Google, Apple, or a one-time link sent to your email. Open it in the same browser. Enter your company details or accept an invitation from its administrator. A new business account awaits verification before purchasing.

Check price and availability.
After company approval, transfer available items to the business cart. The company's price list then applies. For items requiring sales data verification, send a quotation request.

Review and confirm.
Check the company, items, quantities, address, shipping, and total amount. The purchase is confirmed by an authorized employee. In the current internal testing, final confirmation does not charge or ship goods.
Three ways to explain what you need.
Voice conversation
When voice is available, click the microphone and allow access. End the conversation in the window or close it. Voice is currently intended for internal testing.
Photo of the space
When image generation is available, upload a photo you have permission to use and describe the desired change. The result is an illustration, not a technical design or lighting calculation.
Login, AI conversation, and image generation display a message when the service is not yet activated. Text search and product selection can be used even before these services are activated.

Why does an item stay in the selection instead of the order?
For ordering, sales data and item availability must be confirmed. You can send such a selection as an inquiry; the informational price is not a confirmed quotation.
Where are my projects and cart?
Local projects and the selection made before login remain on your device. Shared projects of an approved company are saved in the business account and available to colleagues according to their permissions. The business cart is linked to the logged-in account. Clearing browser data removes local projects.
Can Lumen make a purchase without my confirmation?
No. The connected assistant can, at your request, help with the cart according to the account's permissions. You give the final confirmation in the store. A message from the assistant does not prove charging, invoicing, or shipping.
